When will I receive my order?
Information about the status of your order you will find in your account as well as in your inbox (E-mail). If you log into your account and click on "my orders", you will find an overview of your orders. Normally you'll receive your order within 2 business days. As long as the product order status is 'processing', we are processing your order in our distribution centre. Once your order is handed over to our courier service (Royal Mail) the status of your account will change to "sent". Usually this means that your order will be delivered the next business day.
Does my order fit in my mailbox or letterbox?
No, our delivered items do not fit through the letterbox and will always be delivered in a parcel.
Can I place an order delivered to a PO Box address?
No, at this time we have no possibility to deliver to a PO Box.
I cannot find my order after searching on Track & Trace code
It may happen that, after clicking on the Track & Trace code, the following message will appear: "There are no items found.” This message may be caused by our courier service not having processed the Track & Trace code yet. In which case you can check the status of your order the following business day.
If the same message still appears three days after transmission and you have not received your order, we kindly request you to contact our customer service.
In my account it says that my order has been shipped. Why did not I receive my order?
We strive to deliver your order ASAP. If 3 days have passed since your order status changed to "sent" and you have not received your order, please contact us. If this period is shorter than 3 days, we kindly ask for your patience. It is highly likely that your package will still be delivered within this period. It is also possible that the delivery is delivered to your neighbours. Therefore we kindly ask you to inquire your neighbours about a sent parcel.
Are there different lead times for orders that are sent to one address outside the UK?
For orders shipped to an address outside the mainland different delivery times apply. The delivery of the order depends on the item with the longest delivery time, because all items will be sent, if possible, at once. The delivery time depends on the country where the order is sent to.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return undamaged items under certain conditions. Returns are at the risk of the purchaser. This means that we are not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Please ask for a “tracking number” at the post office and hold on to this.
Will my order be delivered at once, even if I have several items in my order?
If you order multiple items at once, we will do our best to also deliver at once. The delivery time of your order will depend on the item with the longest delivery time. However, sometimes we may (have to) deliver items separately.
Why can’t I see my purchases or wholesale prices?
To see purchases you must be logged in. If you are logged in, you need to enter your VAT number and validate to see. This number begins with UK, followed by numbers. Check you local tax office for more information.
